THE RACI MAP ON THE BACK IS EXCELLENT. THE PROCESSES AND ACTIVITIES ARE CLEARLY DEFINED.
THE LEGEND EXPLAINS WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT PROCESS, WHO TO REPORT TO, WHO TO INFORM, WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE, AND WHO SHOULD BE CONSULTED? THIS RACI IS UNCOMPLICATED, EASY TO READ & GREAT VALUE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ROAD MAP TO ITIL. WE HAVE PLACED MARKERS ON THE MAP SO PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT PROCESSES THEY’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR. I SPILT MY DRINK ON THE MAP AND JUST WIPED IT CLEAN.

There are two sides to the piece. The front side shown is the ITIL V3 Process Model. The diagram isn’t bad, but it’s also not complete. For example, it shows technical metrics as input to Service Operations, but process metrics come in (they part of the SLA and should be monitored and measured as part of Service Operations).
Service Strategy shows “Specification of the Service Portfolio” not Service Portfolio Management. It also shows some activities in Service Strategy, but not the key; Define Market, Develop the Offerings, Develop the strategic assets, and Prepare for Execution.
The back side shows a RACI matrix that has an error. ITIL v3 says there is 1 and only 1 person accountable (Owner). Yet the “Develop and Maintain Security Policy” line shows both the Service Design Manager & the Service Transition Manager as accountable.
Bottom line, it’s not bad for $10, but it is not definitive and should not be used for more than a conceptual overview. This is NOT suitable as a study guide for the Foundation V3 Certification Examination. Also note: it also include an adverts on both sides for the creator’s firm (no biggie, just be aware).

An improvement over their v2 Process Map, this is my personal choice for v3 process map. The reverse includes an updated RACI matrix which I find quite useful for both teaching RACI and as a personal reference.
Some may find the process map side somewhat busy with the inclusion of the ITIL book covers associated with each process stage. They certainly attempt to pack in as much as possible here. In the end, I feel the additional visuals are worth the it, particularly when you have a need to provide staff new to ITIL (or v3 for that matter) a quick reference/study guide.
ILXgroup also makes poster-sized versions of each side of this map, which is especially useful for hanging in your work place.
