This book is a great companion for anyone who is currently studying for the ITIL Foundations exam. This guide has several mock exams which enable the reader to get a feel for the real thing. With each exam, detailed solutions are given. This will not only help you understand the correct answers, but also how these answers are achieved.

This book by Christopher Scordo is the perfect example of the test that you will be taking when you apply for the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification. What`s great about it…you have a chance to get a head start by using the practice exam. It gets you into test mode and it helps with some of the answers you might get wrong. You can simply look them up and see what wording is used for the answer. It may the phrasing you might need to get use to. The prep exams are also set for the same timeframes, an hour. So time yourself so you will know if you have to speed up or if you need to slow down and give it the full thought necessary.

True, this is your field and you have been in it a while otherwise you wouldn’t be sitting for the certification. Remember that when you first look at the test. You have been doing this for a long time. You have been studying for this since you bought this book titled “ITIL V3 Exam Prep Questions, Answers, & Explanations” book, you are prepared.
