  1. Very useful for walking people through ITIL process framework; but only a piece of reference material.

  2. This item is not suitable as a wall chart, as it is double sided and quite small (check the dimensions, it is about the same size as a standard calendar.)

    It is a good reference but not really worth the price.

  3. excellent reference chart. Only difficulty is you can’t mount it on a wall because it is two-sided. Would have preferred one larger chart one-sided or two separate one-sided charts.

  4. This is a great product, but the format, really, is not good. The charts must be separated (they did not) and it’s difficult to manipulate it. But, the content it’s very, very good.

  5. This Model ensured that I implemented and clearly conveyed the importance ITIL. I would recommend it to any IT professional who is interested in understanding ITIL and the cross-functional relationship to each process.
