ITIL Change Management

Accusations that many ITIL advocates think ITIL is "a holistic, all-encompassing framework for IT governance" are sometimes heard. An ITIL Toolkit usually includes materials which are intended to assist in both understanding and implementation, and are designed for both existing ITIL users and beginners.
