  1. This is one of the worst written books I have ever read. The book is a tough read. Information is just thrown at you like verbal(allthough written) diarrea.

  2. Jan van Bon/Ivo van Haren and their team have again delivered a great foundations book – a standard that deserves its place in every ITIL practitioner’s library.

    Hats off!

  3. It is a good book to get you to the pass ITIL foundation exam but it is extremely limited, hard to read and does not contain a lot of the useful ITIL materials.

If you are not going to take the test, find another better book.
